基于成纱条干的粗纱工艺优化

摘    要:对粗纱工艺的四个工艺参数:罗拉后区牵伸倍数、罗拉后区隔距、罗拉加压量和粗纱捻度设计四因素四水平正交试验,得出最优工艺参数:罗拉后区牵伸倍数为1.16;罗拉后区隔距为32 mm;罗拉加压量为3.5 Pa;粗纱捻度为1.17 T/in。对优化后的参数进行第二次试验,与原来试验相比,成纱条干改善0.91%。

Abstract:The experiment of four factors such as roller drafting ratio, roller back gauge, roller pressure and roving twist, and four levels was designed. The optimal process parameters were obtained:roller drafting ratio was 1. 16, roller back gauge was 32 mm, roller pressure was 3. 5 Pa, roving twist was 1. 17 T/in. The second experiment based on the optimal parameters showed that, compared with the original test, the yarn evenness improved 0. 91%.
