摘    要: 为了推动GB/T 34901—2017与GB/T 34902—2017两项国家标准的实施和推广应用,提高中国冷轧带材板形测控技术的标准化、智能化水平,提高板形质量和国际竞争力,对这两项标准进行了系统地解读。首先阐述了这两项国家标准的制定背景与意义,其次介绍了标准的使用范围与术语定义,最后系统地解读了标准中板形仪和板形闭环控制系统的结构组成、技术要求、试验方法和检验规则等。

Abstract:In order to promote the implementation and application of GB/T 34901—2017 and GB/T 34902—2017 national standards, enhance the standardization and intelligence level of China's cold rolled strip shape measurement and control technology, and improve the shape quality and international competitiveness, these two standards were interpreted systematically. Firstly, the background and significance of these two national standards are expounded. Secondly,the scope of the application and the term definitions of the standards are introduced. Finally,structural compositions,technical requirements,experimental methods and inspection rules of shape meter and shape control system are interpreted.
