摘    要:级联结构是直流分布式供电系统中常见的结构之一,然而,系统中各个子系统/模块之间的交互可能会引起整个系统的不稳定。本文阐述了级联型系统不稳定问题的本质原因,在此基础上提出了用于提高级联型电源系统稳定性的自适应型有源电容变换器,具体讨论了该变换器的物理意义,工作原理和参数设计,对一个120W、不稳定的Buck-Buck级联型系统进行实验,验证了有源电容变换器的正确性。

Abstract:Cascaded structure is a typical structure in a DC distributed power system.However,the interaction between its individually designed power modules/subsystems may cause the instability problem of the whole system.This paper first analyzes its instability reason,then,proposes the adaptive active capacitor converter for improving the stability of cascaded dc power supply system.The converter’s physical meaning,operation principle and detail design are discussed.Finally,the solutions are verified by experiment on a 120W instability Buck type cascaded system.
