基于单片机的电磁继电器参数检测系统的研究

摘    要:设计了一种基于PIC18F452单片机的继电器综合参数检测系统。根据继电器的动作原理,分析了动作电压参数和时间参数的检测方案,介绍了本检测系统的硬件结构、软件流程以及单片机与上位机的串口通信,采用VC++6.0编程进行了上位机人机交互界面的设计。本系统可实现智能化、人性化检测,具有很好的实用性。

Abstract:An integrated relay parameter testing system based on PIC18F452 microcontroller was designed.In accordance with the principle of the relay action,the testing method of voltage and time parameters was analyzed.The hardware structure,software flow and serial communication between SCM and PC were introduced. VC++6.0 was used to design to human-machine interface for PC.The system can realize the intelligent and humanistic testing,with good practicality.
