回转类零件形位误差综合测量技术的研究

摘    要:在机械制造业中,回转类零件占有很大比重,而这些零件的形位误差对其质量及使用性能具有相当重要的影响.目前,对形位误差的测量常采用三坐标测量机、圆度仪以及形状测量仪等.这些仪器有的价格昂贵,有的测量项目单一.本文分析了回转类零件形位误差的特点,提出了一种回转类零件形位误差综合测量方法.

Abstract:Rotary parts are one kind of main parts in the machinery manufacturing,and the form andposition errors of this kind of parts have significant influence on their quality and property. Now the com-mon measuring instruments for form and position errors are coordinate measuring machine (CMM),round-ness measuring instrument,and form meter(form measuring system). Those instruments are expensive andsome of them can only measure single item of form and position errors. In this paper,we have analyzed thecharacters of form and position errors of rotary parts,and dive an integrative measuring system for theform and position errors of rotary parts.
