精密深孔加工技术的探索与研究

摘    要:精密深孔加工是精密车削的重要组成部分。精密深孔加工时,特别当孔的直径较小而孔深较深时,加工就更困难,必须对切削刀具和加工工艺采取一系列措施,以改善可加工性。通过对深孔加工刀具深孔麻花钻、枪钻、喷射钻的结构特点、加工原理及加工优势等方面进行分析,在几个加工方法中进行试验与研究,结合零件实际,探索深孔加工方法。通过试验研究,总结出一套在带有深孔钻功能的数控车床上,用枪钻加工孔径范围Φ5-10mm,深径比15-30的深孔加工方法。

Abstract:Precision deep hole machining is an important part of precision turning.Precision deep hole machining,particularly when the smaller the diameter of the hole and the hole depth is deep,it is more difficult,processing must take a series of measures of cutting tool and machining technology,to improve machinability.This article through to the deep hole processing tool deep hole twist drill,gun drill,the structure characteristics of the jet drilling,machining principle and advantage were analyzed,and the experiment and research in the several processing methods,combining the reality of parts,exploring the deep hole processing method.Through test and research,summed up a set of in with the function of deep hole drill on nc lathe,with gun drill processing aperture range Φ5-10mm,deep diameter deep hole processing method than 15-30.
