环氧树脂/蒙脱土纳米复合材料的制备与剥离机理研究进展

摘    要:阐述了蒙脱土的性质及其在基体树脂中的剥离机理、环氧树脂/蒙脱土纳米复合材料的制备方法。原位插层复合法是制备环氧树脂/蒙脱土纳米复合材料最常用的方法;有机改性剂、固化剂及固化条件会对蒙脱土在环氧树脂中的剥离与插层行为产生影响;环氧单体聚合过程中产生的弹性力是使蒙脱土片层发生剥离的主要原因。重点介绍了近几年来制备高度剥离型纳米复合材料的方法和工艺,指出蒙脱土在复合材料中的完全均匀剥离仍然是现阶段有待解决的关键问题。

Abstract:Preparation methods of the epoxy/montmorillonite nanocomposites and exfoliated mechanism of montmorillonite in epoxy nanocomposite to date are summarized, and the newest preparation methods and products of epoxy nanocomposites with highly exfoliated contents are emphasized. The property and organical modification of montmorillonite are also reviewed, and it is indicated that the key issue in preparing epoxy/montmorillonite nanocomposites at present is to achieve exfoliation or delamination of the aggregates into tactoids and then into single layers, as the improvement in final properties of nanocomposites is highly dependent on the degree of clay dispersion.
