交通事故致严重多发伤一体化救治分析

目的探讨急症一体化救治模式在提高交通事故致多发伤救治成功率方面的作用。方法东南大学附属江阴医院2006年1月-2007年10月采用“院前急救-院内急救室-急诊室症监护病房（EICU）”一体化救治严重多发伤病人103例（第1组），和2004年1月-2005年12月未采用新急救模式抢救严重多发伤病人101例（第2组）进行比较。结果第1组死亡20例，救治成功率为80．6％。第2组死亡27例，救治成功率为73．3％。2组患者创伤严重度评分（ISS）差异无统计学意义，第1组患者120平均到达现场的时间、院内绿色通道时间、平均住院时间均低于第2组，救治成功率高于第2组（P〈0．05）。结论多发伤的诊治必须由急救中心医师实施或组织实施，在急救中心实施多发伤一体化救治是提高其成功率的有效途径，也是多发伤救治的发展趋势。
