NPC三电平逆变器容错技术

摘    要:针对大功率变频驱动系统故障,研究三电平逆变器容错控制技术.首先,基于电压空间矢量图,分析三电平逆变器对开路和短路故障的固有容错能力.然后,提出三种容错拓扑结构:开关冗余型、相冗余型和ANPC型,并简述各自控制策略和特点,为实验研究奠定理论基础.

Abstract:For fault of high power variable frequency drive system, tolerant-control technology of three level inverter was studied. Firstly, based on voltage space vector diagram, inherent fault tolerance of three level inverter on open-circuit and short-circuit fault was analyzed. Then, three kinds of fault tolerant topology switch redundancy, phase redundancy and ANPC, and characteristics of each control strategy are put forward, which lays a theoretical foundation for experimental research.
