摘    要:本文比较了目前常用的几种分布器,通过照像法观察了三种分布器(单孔板、多孔板和烧结金属板)上的气泡形成过程,然后测定了这三种分布器的于板压降和湿板压降,并就它们对水力学条件的影响进行了考察。其结果对鼓泡床内分布器的设计具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:The effects of different gas distribtutors on the bubble behaviour、distributionof gas or;solid holdup along the bed height,and the variation of pressute drop with the construction of the gas distributors have been observed by using the photographic technique and differential presure method in this study. The experimnts have been conducted in bothcylindrical and tapered bubble columns, equipped with three types of gas distributors (singleorifice and perforated ,as well as sintered plate).and in the three phase system(air,water orparaffin liquid.and quartz sand).The pressure drop across,the single orifice plate appears inthe biggest value,and the perfoated plate smallest value. The average gas holdup in the bubble column. bottomed by the perforated or sintered plate is much higher than that by single orifice plate. The axial distribution profiles of gas and solid holdups are different and the wet pressurs drop is bigher than dry pressure drop through the above three distributors. All of these resultsare available for the industrial design of gas distributors in bubble column.
