衡阳市城市居民休闲体育活动发展现状及对策研究

运用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等方法对衡阳市城区以及所辖县区的城市居民参与休闲体育活动的现状进行了调查研究。研究发现:衡阳市居民参与休闲体育活动的时段主要集中在下午和晚上,参与率不高,活动项目以传统项目为主。影响城市居民参与度的因素有:缺乏对健康的正确认识,工作压力大,锻炼时间少,场地、器材不足等。建议加大宣传力度,增强市民低碳绿色生活意识;加强休闲体育场地设施的资金投入和资源整合;完善制度,强化管理。

On Development Status and Countermeasures of Residents Leisure Sports Activities of Hengyang City

By using the methods of literature information ,questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics ,the author has investigated the status of the resident participation of leisure sports activities in Hengyang City and the affiliated areas .The purpose is to provide the accurate and objective basis for the relevant departments to make development countermeasures .The research found that the time period that the residents participated in the leisure sports activities are mainly in the afternoons and evenings ,and the participation rate is not high and the activities is dominated by the traditional projects .The influence factor of participation are lacking of correct health awareness ,high working stress ,less time to exercise ,insufficient space and equipment and so on .We suggest that the publicity should be strengthened to increase the resident awareness of low -carbon and green living and strengthen the investment and resource integration of the leisure sports facilities and perfect systems and strengthen management .
