某地区8家医院280例剖宫产围手术期抗菌药物使用调查分析

目的 了解剖宫产围手术期预防性应用抗菌药物情况,评价其合理性.方法 采用回顾性调查方法,随机抽取某地区2010年1月至2011年4月产科剖宫产手术出院病历280例,对剖宫产围手术期用药品种及频度、用药时间、联合用药等情况进行分析.结果 在280份病历中,分别或同时存在选药针对性、用药疗程、用药时机、给药剂量、给药途径、给药次数、联合用药等不合理问题,其中以用药时机、无针对性选药、用药时间过长最为严重.结论 8家医院不同程度、普遍存在围手术期不合理应用抗菌药物情况,亟待干预.

Survey and Analysis on Perioperative Prophylactic Antibacterials Use in 280 Cases of Cesarean Section from 8 Hospitals in a Certain Area

Objective To investigate the prophylactic use of antibacterial agents for the patients with cesarean section during periopera- tive period, and to evaluate its rationality. Methods By adopting the retrospective survey method, the medical records of 280 cases of cesarean section in a certain area from January 2010 to April 2011 were randomly extracted and analyzed on the drug categories, duration of medication, drug combination, etc. Results Among the 280 discharged medical records, the irrational problems in medical indications, pertinences of choosing drugs, course of treatment, application opportunities, dosages and routes of administration and combined use of antibacterials were seen respectively or simultaneously. Among them, the application opportunities, choosing drugs without pertinence and too long application duration were most serious. Conclusion Irrational application of antibacterials during perioperative period is a ubiquitous problem existing in the investigated 8 hospitals, which urgently needs to be intervened.
