银杏达莫注射液治疗早期糖尿病肾病43例

目的探讨银杏达莫注射液治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法选取2010年11月至2011年5月收治的糖尿病患者83例,随机分成治疗组43例,对照组40例,对照组采取常规对症治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上,加用银杏达莫注射液,对两组患者治疗前后空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(P2hBG)、尿素氮(BUN)、总胆固醇(TC)等生化指标,以及全血黏度、血浆比黏度、红细胞(RBC)聚集指数和变形指数等血液流变学参数进行比较分析。结果与治疗前相比,两组患者治疗后FBG、P2hBG和TC含量均明显降低,治疗组治疗后BUN全血黏度、血浆比黏度、RBC聚集指数明显降低,RBC变形指数明显提高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,治疗组患者治疗后TC含量、全血黏度、血浆比黏度明显降低,RBC变形指数明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论银杏达莫注射液治疗早期糖尿病肾病患者,能够有效地改善生化水平及血液流变学异常,控制病情进一步发展,可在临床推广应用。

Efficacy Observation of Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection in Treatment of Early Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective To probe into the clinical efficacy of ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole Injection in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.Methods 83 patients with diabetes treated in our hospital from November 2010-May 2011 were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group（43 cases）and the control group（40 cases）.The control group received the routine symptomatic treatment,while on this basis the treatment group was added ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole Injection.Fasting blood glucose（FBG）,postprandial 2 h plasma glucose（P2hBG）,blood urea nitrogen（BUN）,total cholesterol（TC）,other biochemical indicators and the hemorheological parameters such as whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte aggregation index and deformation index before and after treatment were conducted the comparative analysis.Results Compared with before treatment,FBG,P2hBG and TC after treatment in the two groups were significantly reduced.BUN,whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index in the treatment group were obviously decreased,but the erythrocyte deformation index was significantly increased,all showing statistical differences（P 〈 0.05）.In addition,compared with the control group,TC,whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity after treatment in the treatment group was decreased significantly,but the RBC deformation index was significantly increased,the differences showing statistical significance（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole Injection can effectively improve the patient’s biochemical levels and the hemorheological abnormality,and control the further development of disease in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy,which could be of great value for application and dissemination in clinic.
