弹簧圈阻塞心大静脉动物实验研究

摘    要:目的应用COOK EMBOLIZATION弹簧圈建立猪心大静脉阻塞的动物模型.方法20头猪采用经皮穿刺技术,将弹簧圈经冠状窦导管在心大静脉释放并造成心大静脉阻塞的实验模型.结果20头猪全部完成弹簧圈释放至心大静脉,成功率100%;其中1头猪于弹簧圈放置40 min后死亡.1 h后造影显示19头中18头猪心大静脉于弹簧圈放置处完全闭塞;1周后再次造影,19头猪心大静脉均于弹簧圈放置部位完全闭塞.结论采用经皮穿刺技术,放置COOK EMBOLIZATION弹簧圈可造成持久性冠状静脉阻塞的动物模型.

Abstract:Objective To establish the model of the Great cardiac vein (GCV) occlusion by COOK DMBOLIZATION coils in pigs. Methods By using percutaneous transluminal technology, Coils were delivered in GCV transcatheter in 20 pigs. Results The coils were deliveried into GCV at all of animals. Operation successful rate reached to 100%. One pig died 40 minute after the operation. The GCV occlusion completely in 18 of 19 pigs by fluoroscope 1 hour after. One week later, all pigs' GCV were occlusion totally. Conclusion Using percutaneous transluminal technology, COOK EMBOLIZATION coils were deliveried in GCV can established an animal model of the GCV occlusion.
