摘    要:研制出国内第一台LD泵浦OF耦合NYAB自倍频激光器,产生0.531μm的线偏振绿色激光。基横模运转,阈值泵浦功率为14mW,输出功率达3.6mW,斜效率达3%,偏振度大于99.8%。

Abstract:A LD-pumped OF-coupled NYAB self-frequency-doubling laser has been developed, in which the pumping laser beam from LD are focused into the NYAB crystal through a section of optical fiber. For the fundamental trasverse mode operation, the threshold pumping power is 14 mW and the output power of 0. 531 urn green laser beam is 3. 6 mW with an efficiency of 3% and the degree of polarization larger than 99. 8%.
