反电势逻辑电平积分比较法实现的无刷直流电机无位置传感器控制

摘    要:介绍无刷直流电机的无传感器转子位置检测的一种新方法———反电势逻辑电平积分比较法。该方法利用电机非导通相反电势逻辑电平积分值的比例关系反映相位关系 ,从而检测电机转子磁场位置。这种方法简单准确 ,在宽调速范围内有良好的工作性能 ,适应性强 ,可用于多种形式变换器供电的梯形波或正弦波无刷直流电机系统的无位置传感器化控制。文中还介绍了利用非导通相反电势获得转速信号的方法。论文以c dump变换器供电的稀土永磁无刷直流电机为例 ,介绍了这种方法的实现方案 ,并给出了实验结果 ,验证了反电势逻辑电平积分比较法实现无刷直流电机无位置传感器化控制的有效性。

Abstract:This paper describes a novel method of indirect sensing for rotor flux position of the brushless DC motor(BLDCM).This method,which needs only the induced electromagnetic force signals in the motor windings that carry no current,can provide over a wide speed range the accurate commutation signals after simple calculation.Moreover,it has good adaptability.With this method the rotor-position sensorless control of the BLDCM system with a c dump converter is achieved successfully.Speed feedback is also obtained by detecting the electromagnetic force(EMF)in the non-conducting phases so that the speed sensorless control is achieved.The principle and the realization of the system are discussed in detail.Experimental results confirm the four-quadrant operation and the excellent operation characteristics of the system.
