摘    要:文章介绍了多种合成絮凝剂应用于拜耳法赤泥沉降分离系统的实验室研究情况,筛选出河南卫辉PAS-1#为絮凝效果良好且经济方便的絮凝剂。10天的工业试验表明:卫辉PAS-1#絮凝剂可作为中国铝业山西分公司拜耳法赤泥沉降分离系统的添加剂使用。

Abstract:This paper introduces the situation of the lab. research on the application of several kinds of flocculants in red- mud settlement- separation system of Bayer process, and the PAS- 1# flocculant produced by Weihui Company of Henan Province was selected because of its good effect, economy and convenience. The commercial test of ten days shows that the PAS- 1# flocculant can be used as the additive for the red- mud settlement- separation system of Bayer process of Shanxi Branch of Chinese Aluminium Corporation.
