神阙穴中药贴敷联合西药口服治疗肠易激综合征的临床观察

目的探讨神阙穴中药贴敷联合西药口服治疗肠易激综合征的临床效果。方法将2012年6月～2013年1月来韶关市中医院就诊的54例肠易激综合征患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组将四逆散合吴茱萸贴敷于神阙穴联合口服马来酸曲美布汀、四联活菌片治疗,对照组单纯使用口服马来酸曲美布汀、四联活菌片治疗。观察两组总体治疗效果、症状变化及治疗前后SSD-PRO量表评分情况,数据采用SPSS 15.0统计学软件进行统计、分析。结果治疗组总有效率为96.3%,明显高于对照组总有效率（81.5%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组腹胀、腹痛、腹泻症状总有效率分别为96.3%、92.6%、92.6%,均明显高于对照组（85.2%、81.5%、77.8%）,差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）。治疗前两组患者的SSD-PRO量表评分无差异,治疗后治疗组SSD-PRO量表总分及各单项评分均明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论四逆散合吴茱萸贴敷于神阙穴联合西药口服治疗肠易激综合征,可明显提高治疗效果,改善生活质量,值得临床推广。

Clinical observation of Shenque acupoint sticking with traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Shenque acupoint sticking with traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome （IBS）. Methods 54 cases with IBS in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Shaoguan City from June 2012 to January 2013 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was treated by Sini Powder and Evodia sticking in Shenque point and combined with Malay Trimebutine Tablets and tetravaccine oral. The control group was treated with Malay Trimebutine Tablets and tetravaccine oral. The total clinical effect, symptom improving and SSD-PRO scale scores before and after treatment were observed, and the dates were statistically analyzed by SPSS 15.0 statistics soft- ware. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.3%, which was higher than that of control group （81.5%）, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The total effective rate of abdominal distension, abdomi- nal pain and diarrhea in the treatment group were 96.3%, 92.6%, 92.6% separately, all were higher than those in the control group （85.2%, 81.5%, 77.8%）, the differences were all statistically significant （all P 〈 0.05）. The SSD-PRO scale scores of two groups before treatment were not different. After treatment, the SSD-PRO total score and individual scores were significantly higher than control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Sini Powder and Evodia sticking in Shenque point combined with western medicine oral in treatment of IBS can significantly improve the clinical effect and the quality of life, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
