| 摘 要： | 稠油的粘度随温度变化极其敏感，良好的加热保温系统是进行稠油多相流动试验的基础。针对现有实验架的特点，选定了合适的加热设备，并设计了2套加热保温方案，建立了加热时间与稠油体积、起止温度及环境温度的函数关系式，并分析了两方案的优缺点。对两方案的工程造价及操作费用的对比表明，电缆加热优于电热蒸汽加热方案，稠油实验架系统的加热推荐采用电缆加热方案。
