| 摘 要： | 目的观察不同剂量及分割方式下对骨转移癌疼痛的疗效。方法50例骨转移癌患者分为两组，常规分割组26例，40～50Gy／4～5周，5次／周，2Gy／次；大分割组24例，采用大分割快速照射，30Gy／2周，3次／周，5Gy／次。结果常规分割组CR53．8％，PR34．6％，MR3．8％；大分割组CR54．1％，PR33．3％，MR4．1％。组间比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论局部放射治疗是转移性骨肿瘤止痛有效方法，两种分割方式之间无明显差异。
