原发性高血压社区护理干预效果评价

目的:探讨社区护理对原发性高血压患者的综合干预效果。方法:选取示范点原发性高血压患者79例,组成社区护理综合干预小组,制定具体的干预计划并组织实施,有针对性地开展疾病相关知识宣教、运动指导、饮食指导、心理指导、药物治疗指导,干预前后分别进行问卷调查、医学体检和生化指标检测。结果:经过3年的社区护理干预,高血压患者知识知晓率、非药物治疗及服药依从性均较干预前显著改善(P<0.01);患者的收缩压和舒张压较干预前显著下降(P<0.05);血生化指标均有不同程度下降,降低了高血压引起的心脑血管并发症,提高了高血压患者控制高血压行为的依从率。结论:实施社区护理干预对于控制高血压、延缓心脑血管并发症的发生及提高患者的生活质量效果显著。

Evaluation of community nursing intervention on primary hypertension.
