| 摘 要： | 目的探讨计算机X线断层扫描(CT)及血清肿瘤标记物联合在肝癌诊断中的作用。方法回顾分析本院100例原发性肝癌的病历资料,所有患者根据临床表现,经影像、肿瘤标记物及各项实验室指标检查确诊,部分患者经手术后病理证实为肝癌。患者均行化学发光法检测血清甲胎蛋白(AFP)、癌相关抗原(CA)125、CA199、癌胚抗原(CEA)水平及CT扫描。结果肿瘤标记物血清AFP、CA199、CA125、CEA灵敏度及特异度随结节增大而升高,提高最明显为4项肿瘤标记物联合检测,将4项肿瘤标记物与CT扫描结果联合,灵敏度、特异度可提高到96.4%、90.0%。结论 CT扫描和肿瘤标记物合理的综合利用,可提高对肝癌高危人群的筛查及原发性肝癌的诊断。
