| 摘 要： | 国有大中型企业改革是整个经体制改革的中心环节,而国有企业产权制度改革是国有企业改革的关键所在。国有森卑企业正处在重要的历史转折时期,实现林业跨越式发展就必须深化改革,切实解决森工诸多矛盾和问题,实施产权制度改革是一项重要任务。

Now the forestry industry corporations will be in a important turn in history. It must reform deeply to develop great forestry industry. In order to solve a good many problem in tbe forestry industry,It is an important task to reform property right system. |
