| 摘 要： | 针对中原石油勘探局文明寨油田油井出砂严重以及由此导致的砂卡、砂埋柱塞和砂对阀座、阀球的磨蚀等问题，研制了自振式气砂锚装置。该装置由工作筒及滤砂机构2大部分组成。通过新颖的防砂涡卷弹簧使得在防砂的同时还可清洁滤砂通道，防止了滤砂通道的堵塞。通过文明寨油田5口油井的现场试验表明，该装置适用于砂粒直径大于φ0.1mm的油井防砂，可防止抽油井砂卡、砂堵等事故的发生，保证油井正常生产，延长了抽油泵的使用寿命和检泵周期。

| Abstract: | Self vibrating gas sand control installatioin is developed to solve pump plugging caused by sand and sand erosion in Wenmingzhai oilfield.The device comprises mandrel and sand filter,a new anti sand spring with the function of sand accumulation prevent and self cleaning is designed to prevent pump plugging there by the life of the pump can be extended.Application shows this device is of great importance to keeping well production normal. |
