| 摘 要： | 从自动化焊接技术、中频焊接技术、伺服技术、弧焊技术、激光焊接技术、等离子焊、搅拌摩擦焊等方面,简述了当前焊接技术及装备在汽车行业的应用情况,分析指出焊接机器人自动化柔性生产系统、先进制造技术、自动控制技术以及计算机与信息技术的应用,是未来汽车工业焊接技术发展趋势。

| Abstract: | The paper briefly introduced the application of welding technology and welding equipments in automotive industry.These technologies are automatic welding,middle frequency welding,servo technology,arc welding,laser welding,plasma welding and friction stir welding were discussed.The development trend of welding technology for automotive industry in future was presented.The automatic flexible manufacturing system of welding robot,advanced manufacturing technology,automatic control technology,computer and information technology were considered as the main development directions. |
