焊接电弧高速图像采集

摘    要:为采集焊接电弧图像和观察熔滴过渡过程,采用焊接电弧高速摄像关键技术(包括背光技术、光学放大率和高速摄像参数的选择),建立了以激光为背光光源的高速摄像系统。利用此系统可以在线观测和监控焊接过程,其结果对焊电弧现象以及MIG焊熔滴过渡过程的高速摄像技术有较高参考价值。

Abstract:t In order to collect welding arc images and to observe droplet transfer process, by using the key technologies of high-speed image pickup, such as back light technology, optical magnification and the selection of high-speed vedio parameters, a valuable high-speed video system with laser as back light is established. Online observation and monitoring of welding process are real- ized with the system. The results of this work can effectively help the further study of high-speed technology for the phenomenon of arc welding and droplet transfer in MIG wielding process.
