慢性乙型肝炎患者血清HBeAg、HBV DNA定量与肝组织炎症的相关性

目的探讨HBeAg阳性和阴性慢性乙型肝炎患者血清HBV DNA定量与肝组织炎症的相关性。方法 150例慢性乙型肝炎患者分为HBeAg阳性83例,HBeAg阴性67例,对比分析两组血清HBV DNA定量与肝组织炎症分级。结果 HBeAg阳性组年龄、病程均显著小于HBeAg阴性组(P<0.05),HBeAg阳性组血清ALT水平及HBVDNA定量显著高于HBeAg阴性组(P<0.05)。HBeAg阳性CHB患者不同炎症分级血清HBV DNA定量范围及平均值之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但经无相关性(P>0.05),HBeAg阴性CHB患者血清HBV DNA定量与肝组织炎症分级之间呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 HBeAg阳性和阴性慢性乙型肝炎患者血清HBV DNA定量与肝组织炎症特点存在差异,血清HBV DNA定量有助判断HBeAg阴性慢性乙型肝炎病变程度。

Correlation of serum HBeAg, HBV DNA quantitative and liver inflammation in chronic hepatitis B patients

Objective To investigate the correlation between HBeAg-positive and HBeAg-negative chronic hepatitis B pa- tients with serum HBV DNA and liver tissue inflammation. Methods A total of 150 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients were divided into 83 cases of HBeAg-positive and 67 cases of HBeAg-negative,to comparatively analyze the serum levels of HBV DNA and liver inflammation classification of two groups. Results The age of the HBeAg-positive group, the course of the disease are significantly smaller than the HBeAg-negative group （P 〈 0.05）, HBeAg-positive serum ALT lev- els and HBV DNA is significantly higher than HBeAg-negative group （P 〈 0.05）. Different grading of inflammation in HBeAg- positive CHB patients with serum HBV DNA quantitative range and the average differences was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）, but by no correlation （P 〉 0.05）, HBeAg-negative CHB patients with serum HBV DNA quantitative and liver. The grade of inflammation was positively correlated（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion HBeAg-positive and HBeAg-negative chronic hep- atitis B patients with serum HBV DNA in liver inflammation characteristics are different, the serum HBV DNA quantifi- cation will help to determine the severity of HBeAg-negative chronic hepatitis B.
