奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨治疗晚期大肠癌临床疗效分析

目的分析奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨治疗晚期大肠癌的临床疗效。方法将我院内一科2008年10月至2012年10月诊治的48例晚期大肠癌患者分成观察组和对照组（各24例），观察组给予奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨化疗，对照组给予顺铂联合5-氟尿嘧啶、亚叶酸钙化疗，均完成两个周期后进行疗效对比分析。结果观察组总有效15例（62．5％），对照组总有效9例（37．5％）。所有患者在治疗中均未出现严重不良反应。结论奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨治疗晚期大肠癌有较好疗效，值得临床广泛应用。
