摘    要:介绍了40Gb/s波导型PIN光探测器(40Gb/s WG-PIN-PD)和共面波导结构,估算了40Gb/s波导型光探测器的光信号响应时间和光传输速度;指出了光探测器、共面波导中心线条宽度及间隙各为6μm时,可实现光、电传播速度接近匹配.

Abstract:This paper presents the structures of 40Gb/s wave-guide type PIN photo-detectors and coplanar wave-guide., The response time of The photodetectors and the optical signal propagation velocity have been calculated .they have pointed out to that, approximately match of the propagation velocity for optical and electrical signals may be realization when the center line width and its clearance width of 40Gb/s WG-PIN-PD and coplanar waveguides are all 6 micrometers.
