| 摘 要： | HBV持续感染是导致慢性肝炎后肝硬化、肝细胞癌等疾病的重要原因,尚缺乏能彻底治疗的手段。基因治疗是近年迅速发展的一种治疗HBV感染的方法。理想的基因治疗载体是基因治疗的一个重要方面。腺病毒载体由于其特有的一些优点在抗HBV的基因治疗中受到重视。文中就腺病毒载体在抗HBV基因治疗中的应用作了综述。

| Abstract: | Chronic hepatitis B virus(HBV) infection,which can lead to the development of liver cirrhosis and hepatocelluar carcinoma,is lack of effective treatments currently.Gene therapy has been developed a potentially powerful tool to inhibit HBV infection in recent years.An important step for successful gene therapy is an appropriate vector to deliver therapy genes.Adenoviral vector has some properties which make it an attractive gene vector in gene therapy of HBV infection. |
