组合泵试验台的研制

摘    要:介绍了组合泵试验台的液压系统的工作原理与其测控系统。在其液压系统中采用变频器、模拟加载和自动加温降温等装置,提高了试验的精确度,减轻了劳动强度;其测控系统由工控机和PC机组成,具有测量精确,操作方便的优点。

Abstract:The working principle of hydraulic-servo system, and the hardware and software of measurement and control system for test-bed for compound pump were introduced. By using the devices, such as Transducer, simulation loading device, automatic heating and cooling device in the hydraulic-servo system, the precision of test was improved and the work intension was lessen. The measurement and control system composes of industrial computer and personal computer, it has high measurement precision and can operate conveniently.
