| Abstract: | Low pressure plasma technology and the device for surface treatment were introduced in the article. The filter media treated by plasma technique could be used for air and liquid filtration, including air filtration for automobile, diesel oil filtration and blood filtration. They could be manufactured into mask with 99% permeability efficiency and battery separator with permanent hydrophility. |
