医院国产医学影像装备示范推广的作用机制研究

目的:探讨医院在国产医学影像装备示范推广中的作用与机制。方法:分析国产医学影像装备的应用现状,指出国产医学影像装备发展契机,建立多区域、多中心的医院国产影像设备发展帮扶示范点,探讨国产医学影像装备示范推广策略,统计策略实施后示范点国产医学影像装备的市场占有率变化。结果:通过医院的人员互动、技术下沉、帮扶培训及示范引领,示范点基层医院在医疗服务能力提升的同时,国产计算机断层扫描(CT)设备市场占有率提升78%,国产磁共振成像(MRI)设备市场占有率提升22.1%,国产医学影像装备市场占有率低的现状得到改善。结论:医院在促进国产影像设备发展,增加医疗人员及患者对国产影像设备的认同及提高影像设备在各级医疗机构的国产化率方面能够发挥不可替代的重要作用。

Research on the function and mechanism of tertiary class A hospitals in the demonstration and popularization of domestic medical imaging equipment

Objective:To explore the role of tertiary class A hospitals in the demonstration and popularization of domestic medical imaging equipment.Methods:The application status of domestic medical imaging equipment was analyzed,and the development opportunities of domestic medical imaging equipment were pointed out.Starting from the role of tertiary class A hospitals in helping and training the development of domestic imaging equipment and the role of demonstration and leading,the demonstration and popularization strategy of domestic medical imaging equipment was explored and the change of market share after the implementation of the strategies was assessed.Results:Through the personnel interaction,technology penetration,assistance and training and demonstration and guidance of tertiary class A hospitals,while the medical service capacity of grass-roots hospitals was improved,the market share of domestic computed tomography(CT)equipment and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)equipment increased by 78%and 22.1%respectively,improving the current low market share of domestic medical imaging equipment.Conclusion:The tertiary class A hospitals can play an irreplaceable role in promoting the development of domestically made imaging equipment,increasing the recognition of medical staff and patients for domestically made imaging equipment,and increasing the localization rate of imaging equipment in medical institutions at all levels.
