摘    要:潭口新区建设方案编制以节能降耗为出发点,机采系统依靠井底流压和目标产量确定工作参数,杆柱组合采用能耗最低设计方法,根据斜井抽油杆侧向力分布状况设计抽油杆扶正器设置间距;注水系统优化地面管网布局,降低了高压注水单耗;集输系统对单井集油管线进行了优化设计,充分利用油井伴生气资源,实现了单管常温集输和单管油气密闭集输,减少了原油损耗,降低了区块的能耗水平。

On Engineering Project Making and Application in New District of Tankou

Abstract:Starting from energy--saving and cost--reducing in drawing up development plan for new district of Tank- ou, mechanical extraction system determines its working parameter based on flowing bottomhole pressure and target field. Design procedures with lowest energy consumption are adopted for rod string combination. Spacing of sucker rod centralizer is designed in line with lateral force distribution of inclined rod. Flood pattern reduces unit consump- tion in high--pressure waterflooding through optimization of surface pipe network layout. Gathering and transporta- tion system optimizes the design for single--well gathering line. It makes full use of associated gas to make single-- pipe gathering and transportation on the condition of normal pressure or oil--gag closeness come true and decrease crude oil loss and sectional energy consumption.
