摘    要:针对冷却风扇使用出现的风扇叶轮、风扇静子破碎的问题进行了分析,找出了冷却风扇结构缺陷;并对风扇静子支撑筋、风扇叶片等结构缺陷进行了改进设计,提高了风扇叶轮固有频率.改进设计后,对冷却风扇进行了试验验证,结果表明:改进后的冷却风扇,结构合理,各部件之间匹配良好,满足车辆设计要求、系统要求、可靠性要求及使用要求.

Abstract:The structure objection was found by analyzing problems in using of the fan. The frame and blade was redesigned to improve the inherence frequency of the fan. Then the test was done and the result showed that the redesigned fan had a reasonable structure and could meet the demand. The optimized design method was helpful to the design of the similar production.
