摘    要:大量的研究表明固体废弃物(生物质资源、废旧高分子材料、生活垃圾、活性污泥等)在超/近临界介质(水、氨、甲醇等)中可分解成燃料、化工原料等.但由于固体物料向高温高压反应器连续进料这一技术难点未被攻克,阻碍了超/近临界介质中固体废弃物再资源化技术的工业化进程.本文研制了一套近中试规模的固体物料在高压下连续供给装置,通过将固体物料和水混成浆料的方法,成功地实现了固体物料的高压连续供给,压力可达40MPa。

Abstract:A pilot-scale continuous high-pressure slurry supplying system was developed to feed the solid materials-water slurries to a high-pressure reactor. It can be used to pressure up to 40 MPa, maximum solid content of slurry up to 10% and maximum amount of slurry supply \{2.4 L/h.\} The system was described in detail and experiences on adjusting and running the system were given. Actual continuous runs of cellulose microcrystalline, cellulose powder, rice hull, TOFU wastes, rice bran have been made. The possibility of continuous feed of solid materials to a high pressure reactor up to 40 MPa was confirmed.
