基于905 nm激光器的激光跟踪系统研究

摘    要:通过对四象限光电探测器结构及激光跟踪原理的分析,利用905 nm半导体激光器作为指示光源,制作了一套四象限光电定位跟踪系统。在室内实现了搜索和跟踪定位,对8 m处的目标进行了跟踪,并测试了激光的发射波形以及展宽电路的采样信号,跟踪精度达±2.5 mrad。通过实验对该系统进行的跟踪测试,证明该系统不但体积较小而且稳定、准确。与传统的激光跟踪系统相比,半导体激光跟踪系统可以适应更多的应用环境,有着更加广泛的应用前景。

Abstract:A laser tracking system was developed.The transmiter of the system is a semiconductor laser with a wavelength of 905 nm.The detector of the system is a quadrant photodetector.Experiments were made with the system.The target was 8 meters away form the tested system.The accuracy of tracking is ± 2.5 mrad.The feature of this system is compact,accurate,stable,easy to use.In some near range application,it has many advantages over the traditional tracking system.
