| 摘 要： | 患者男，62岁，确诊为“神经纤维瘤病Ⅰ型”40余年。因“右臀部及会阴部疼痛20h入院”，入院前右臀部及会阴部出现包块，包块进行性增大。该患者入院10h后义出现剧烈疼痛，考虑血管再次破裂出血可能，遂行急症DSA榆查及血管栓塞治疗。查体：全身皮肤多处检及1～3cm结节；右臀部及公阴部有约8cm×8cm×6cm大小包块，呈暗红色，且延续至双侧阴囊及阴茎皮下，
