| 摘 要： | 分析了人为错误对结构可靠度的影响，提出了考虑人为错误影响的结构模糊随机可靠度的模型和实用计算方法，并进行了工程实例计算。结果表明：结构可靠度分析应该考虑人为错误的影响，用模糊随机可靠度理论来分析和处理人为错误等不确定性是可行的．用可靠指标的区间值代替确定值更合理、更符合工程实际。

| Abstract: | In this paper the effect of structural reliability as a result of human error is analyzed and the model and practical method of calculating fuzzy-random reliability considering the effect of human error are proposed. One example illustrates the process of calculation. The analysis in this dissertation indicates: the theory of reliability should consider the effect of human error, it is feasible that the theory of fuzzy-random reliability analyses and disposes the uncertainty of human error etc; it is more reasonable and in accord with actual engineering that the regional value of the reliability index replaces the determinative value of the reliability index. |
