| 摘 要： | 随着内分泌新药的出现及对内分泌治疗耐药机制研究的不断发展，乳腺癌内分泌治疗近年取得显著进步。氟维司群、内分泌药物之间的联合治疗以及内分泌联合靶向治疗成为治疗绝经后激素受体阳性晚期乳腺癌的有效方案。

| Abstract: | With the emergence of new endocrine drugs and the development of research in resistance mechanisms,significant progress has been achieved in the endocrine treatment of breast cancer in recent years. Fulvestrant,the combination of endocrine drugs and the combination of targeted therapy with endocrine therapy will be effective treatments for postmenopausal women with hormone receptor positive in advanced breast cancer. |
