健康教育中的举证意识探讨

目的分析举证责任倒置形势下护理健康教育中存在的问题,探讨健康教育规范化程序。方法对我院80名护理人员进行问卷调查和座谈,了解护士在举证责任倒置新形势下实施健康教育的能力和效果。结果护士对举证责任倒置形势认识不足,证据意识薄弱。结论从转变观念着眼,护士要加强法律知识学习,从曾经发生的护患纠纷中总结举证的经验和教训,建立健康教育规范化程序。

Study on evidence-quote awareness in health education

Objective To analyze the problems of nursing health education under the shifting of burden of evidence,and discuss the countermeasure of health education standardization. Methods To make informal discussion and questionnaire survey for 80 nurses,and understand abilities and effects of nurses for carrying out health education under the new shifting of burden of evidence.Result Nurses have deficient knowledge of shifting of burden of evidence,and weakness of evidence awareness. Conclusion Nurses should change the concepts,strengthen learning knowledge of law,summarize the experiences and lessons from happened disputes between nurses and patients and set up the standardized procedures of health education.
