| 摘 要： | 《电子签名法》的颁布实施,使得电子合同的实际应用有了法律基础,电子合同取代传统合同成为可能。本文是基于PKI电子签名技术的电子合同管理系统实现,系统实现了信息传输的保密、数据交换的完整性、发送信息的不可否认性、交易者身份的确定性,从而保证平台使用的安全性。

| Abstract: | The promulgation of Electronic Signature Law provides a legal base to the application of E-contracts and makes it pos-siblefor E-contracts to replace traditional contracts. This article is about the implementation of the management system for E-contracts based on E-signature. The system realizes the confidentiality of information transfer, the integrality of data exchange, the undesirability of message delivery and the confirmation of the bargainers' identity. So it canensure the system's security. |
