铁矿粉配料烧结经济评价体系的研究

摘    要:应用技术经济评价的理论与方法 ,建立了铁矿粉技术经济评价体系 ,用该体系对铁矿粉的TFe、SiO2 、MgO、粒度极差和平均粒度进行量化评分 ,从而得出铁矿粉的技术经济价值指数 ,再筛选出技术经济价值指数 >0 9的铁矿粉进行优化配料 ,优化配料后的铁矿粉不仅能满足烧结对它的化学成分、粒度组成的要求 ,而且还能使烧结生产中料层透气性得到改善 ,烧结矿的产、质量得到提高 ,整个生产工序成本降低

Abstract:The technology economic assessment system for iron ore fines was established Using this system,the TFe, SiO 2,MgO,particle size extreme difference and average size of 10 kinds of fine ores have been quantitatively assessed, and the technology economic value indexes of each ore fines were obtained Then the ores which index>0 9 were selected to optimize charge proportioning As a result,not only the chemical component,composition of particle size of optimized proportioning fine ores can achieve the demand of sintering process ,but also the sintering bed permeability was increased,the sinter quality and sinter output were improved Good economic results were obtained
