| 摘 要： | 本文对用国产复合金刚石刀具车硬质合金材料作了一些试验研究，试验表明，硬质合金可 以用复合金刚石刀具车削。加工出秀面粗糙度较低，可代替磨削加工。

| Abstract: | In this paper, some aspects of turning die grade carbides with domesticPCD tools are studied experimentally. Tests show that carbides can be turned with PCD tools andthe roughness of machined surface is rather low, so the turning Process can replace the grindingprocess in machining carbides. |
