| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of bambuterol combined with tiotropium bromide powder in the treatment of chronic obstructive emphysema and its influence on lung function.Methods A total of 78 patients with chronic obstructive emphysema received in our hospital from November 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with tiotropium bromide powder,and the observation group was treated with bambuterol combined with tiotropium bromide powder.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the proportions of patients of shortness of breath,cough and expectoration and dyspnea in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of shortness of breath,loss of appetite,cough and expectoration,dyspnea and length of stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,PaO2,SaO2,FVC,FEV1,PEF and FEV1/FVC in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,PaCO2,CRP,IL-8,TNF-α,MMP-9,VAP-1 levels were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the 6MWD in the two groups was longer than that before treatment,the SGRQ score was lower than that before treatment,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bambuterol combined with tiotropium bromide powder in the treatment of chronic obstructive emphysema has a significant effect,it can promote the improvement of clinical symptoms,lung function indexes and blood gas indexes,improve the quality of life of patients,and has high safety. |
