| 摘 要： | 给BALB/c和瑞士种实体瘤小鼠ig双嘧达莫(DIP)100、250和500mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)×10d.抑瘤率为34.20％～59.26％。ip DIP50和100mg·kg~(-1).对荷瘤C_(57)BL/6小鼠的抑瘤率分别为27.21％和52.18％;对瑞士种小鼠腹水中瘤细胞增殖抑制率为30.77％和48.92％.并能延长腹水瘤小鼠的存活时间。实验表明:DIP对小鼠S_(180)实体瘤和腹水瘤均有明显抑制作用。

| Abstract: | The antitumor effect of dipyri-damole on the solid type and ascitic carcinoma of S180 in mice was studied. When dipyridamole was administered intragastrically at the dosages of 100, 250 and 500 mg · kg-1daily for 10d, the inhibitory rates of tumor growth were 34. 20%~59. 26% in BALB/c and Swiss mice
with transplanted S180. When dipyridamole was injected intraperitoneally daily at 50 and 100 mg · kg-1, the inhibitory rate were 27.21 and 52. 18% in C57BL/6 mice with tumor, and the mumbers of tumorous cells of ascites in Swiss mice with ascitic S180 were decreased by 30. 77% and 48. 92% , respectively. The mean survival time of mice was increased by 14. 4% at 100 mg · kg-1. |
