丹参多酚酸盐对冠状动脉慢血流现象的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨丹参多酚酸盐对冠状动脉(冠脉)慢血流现象的临床意义。方法:入选病例分2组:冠脉慢血流现象组(67例)和冠脉血流正常组(59例),所有病例均行冠脉造影检查,并除外心肌病、心瓣膜病及其他类型心脏病。在行冠脉造影检查时发现慢血流,均于冠脉内注射丹参多酚酸盐50mg,测量注射前后的血流速度。结果:冠脉慢血流现象组注射丹参多酚酸盐后血流速度明显增快。结论:丹参多酚酸盐能够改善冠脉慢血流现象,治疗机制有待进一步验证。
