摘    要:随着控制系统发展,传统的PLC编程方法已不适用于具有并发、离散性质的复杂系统。基于Petri网模型的PLC程序设计方法,由于具有图形性质和对并发事件建模的能力,从而逐渐在复杂PLC控制系统中得到应用。然而所建模型往往繁杂,不利于分析和实现。通过将分层Petri网和T组合Petri网两种化简方法相结合,使得系统模型更另简明直观便于分析。在钢胚磷化PLC控制系统中应用,系统运行状况良好。给出了系统的Petri网模型和逻辑方程。

Abstract:With the development of the control system,the conventional method of PLC program design is difficult to solve the control problem with parallel,disperse.Petri Net is graphics model and is able to model for parallel system,so it is adopted in the program design of PLC control system.But the model is always complexity and difficult to analyses and implement.The way that is combined with T-Compositon Petri Net and Hierarchy Petri Net is presented,it make the program design of PLC control system audio-visual and handy.With adopting that way,the billet phosphide control system work well.The Petri Net model and Logical equation of the control system were presented.
