玻璃微珠改性PBT复合材料的制备与性能

摘    要:研究了玻璃微珠(GB)、短玻纤(GF)用量对聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)/GF复合材料熔体流变性和力学性能的影响。结果表明:在GF质量分数为17.5%以下时,添加GB使熔体的MFR增大,反之则减小;加工工艺对熔体的粘度也有影响。在未添加GB情况下,随CF用量增加,复合材料的拉伸、弯曲强度、弯曲模量均增大,添加GB后三者增加较缓慢;而复合材料的冲击强度在添加、未添加GB的情况下均减小;添加GB后成型试样的表面更光洁。

Abstract:The effects of the mass contents of glass microballon (GB) or short glass fiber (GF) (GF: GB = 3 :1) on the melt rheological and mechanical properties of PBT/short glass fiber ( GF) composites were studied. The results show that when the content of GF was lower than 17.5% , the MFR of the composite increased, and vice versa; the processing technics had effects on melt viscosity. When no GB was added, with the increase of the content of GF, the tensile and bending strength and flexural modulus of the composites all increased; but when GB was added, the tensile and bending strength and flexural modulus increased slowly; the impact strength of the composites containing or containing no GB decreased. The surface of molding bars containing GB became glabrous.
