中医综合治疗预防重复异位妊娠的临床研究

目的观察中医综合治疗在预防重复异位妊娠的作用。方法将65例输卵管异位妊娠患者随机分为两组,治疗组33例,对照32例。两组患者均经开腹手术行病侧输卵管切除,治疗组于术后2周及术后2个月经周期行中医综合治疗3次,对照组仅术后常规抗感染治疗。结果应用中医综合治疗,其重复异位妊娠率为3%,宫内妊娠率为72.8%;对照组重复异位妊娠率为37.5%,宫内妊娠率为21.8%,对比差异明显(P<0.05),治疗组及对照组的不孕率为24.2%、40.7%,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论中医综合治疗可明显降低因首次异位妊娠术后患者重复异位妊娠的发生率和不孕率。

Clinical Research on Prevention of Recurrent Ectopic Pregnancy with Comprehensive Traditional Medicine Therapy

Objective To observe the curative effect of comprehensive traditional medicine therapy in the prevention of recurrent ectopic pregnancy.Methods 65 patients with ectopic pregnancy were randomly divided into 2 groups after salpingectomy.33 cases（treatment group） is treated with comprehensive traditional medicine therapy 2 weeks after surgery and two menstrual cycle after surgery.32 cases（control group） is treated with anti-biotic therapy.Results The recurrent ectopic pregnancy rate and intrauteriue pregnancy rate is 3% and 77.8% in treatment group And which is 37.5% and 21.8% in control group.（P〈0.05）.The infertility rate is 24.2% in treatment group and 40.7% in control group.（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive traditional medicine therapy could lower down recurrent ectopic pregnancy rate and infertility rate after the first salpingectomy significantly.
